The undersigned Supplier/Service Provider/Business Partner (“Supplier”) has carefully read and understood the requirements and expectations set out in Del Monte Pacific Limited Group’s (the “Del Monte Group”) Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”).
The Supplier agrees to abide by the policies and guidelines in the Code of Conduct as a condition for its continuing relationship with any member of the Del Monte Group and hereby confirms that it had authorized the signatory below to execute this Confirmation on the Supplier’s behalf.
